To create a short link optimized for mobile, sign in, then follow these steps:
1. Click New.
2. Copy and paste the URL you want to shorten into the corresponding field, then, if necessary, select your custom domain.
3. On the Mobile Targeting tab, configure the redirect URLs for each device type. You can set the link as a universal link if you’re using a custom domain.
