nemorius.com is hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, French branch), whose registered office is located at 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.

nemorius.eu is hosted by Scaleway SAS, whose registered office is located at 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from the need for maintenance.

The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of any modification, interruption, or suspension of the Site.
